One game
Carl's San Fierro is run from Doherty, under the freeway, where the garage is. Garcia's slopes hold Zero's model shop; Hashbury is painted houses and head shops on a hill; Queens is the heart of the city's gay community.
Money takes the western shore, where Palisades is almost nothing but expensive houses. Easter Basin keeps the docks and a naval yard, and Easter Bay Airport, the largest in the state, serves the city from the eastern shore.
