Mission 60 of 105Story mission
Woozie is head of the Mountain Cloud Boys and has a meeting of the Tongs to attend, and being blind he needs driving to it. What he does not need is protecting, which the mission demonstrates when the Da Nang Boys ambush the alleyway.
Carl gets him out of the alley and then watches him destroy the cars chasing them, which is the joke the character keeps making. It pays $5,000 and opens the Triad strand proper.
The ambush is in a space too tight to turn in, so the answer is forward rather than around. Getting clear of the alley is an objective in its own right before the fight can be won.
The objective is explicit: Woozie destroys the cars. Carl's job is to drive in a way that gives him the angles, which means holding a line rather than evading — the same passenger-shooting problem the game has posed since Wrong Side of the Tracks.
