GTA Online businesses

20 GTA Online businesses and money-making properties, each with a full guide: what it is, what you need first, how it makes money, which upgrades are worth it and what to buy next. GTA Online keeps adding businesses, so this grows with it.

Not businesses

Properties that earn nothing themselves

Owned for a home, storage or what they do for your businesses — not for income of their own.

  • Apartments

Apartments are homes and vehicle storage. A high-end apartment's planning room is where the original heists are set up, but the apartment itself earns nothing.

  • Garages

Garages store personal vehicles and earn nothing.

  • Galaxy Super Yacht

The Galaxy Super Yacht is a luxury home with its own co-op missions and a daily fee, and it produces no income of its own.

  • Mansions

A Mansion makes no money itself, but it changes how your businesses run: its concierge can boost one business's production each day, its office manages several businesses remotely, and an optional security team cuts raids.

About the numbers

Only figures we can stand behind

Prices, payouts, production times and capacities appear here only once two independent checks agree on them. Anything less is held back and the guide says “not confirmed” rather than printing a number that may be wrong. GTA Online changes its economy often, so a figure is what we confirmed, not a promise.

Weekly bonuses and discounts are never part of a business’s figures. They appear on a guide only while their week is running, and this week’s page lists everything that is on.
