Clubhouses

What the MC Clubhouse is

The clubhouse is the home of your motorcycle club rather than a business that makes stock. Owning one lets you register as an MC President, and its laptop is the only way into The Open Road, where the MC businesses are bought and run.

It has small earners of its own: a bar that builds up takings once it has been resupplied, a noticeboard of Clubhouse Contracts, and Bike Service jobs once the Custom Bike Shop is installed.

What you get

  • MC President status, which opens club work and challenges, Member Challenges, Clubhouse Contracts and the MC businesses.
  • A garage for your motorcycles, which takes bikes only.
  • Sleeping quarters, so the clubhouse doubles as a safehouse and a place to spawn at no extra cost.
  • Optional extras: a Gun Locker for weapons you would rather not carry, and the Custom Bike Shop, a workshop for modifying motorcycles that also unlocks Bike Service work.

Before you buy

What you need

  • Clubhouse Contracts and club work are run as an MC President, a role that owning a clubhouse gives you.

How to start

Buy a clubhouse from the Maze Bank Foreclosures website. Malc then introduces it, explains how the club is organised and points you to the job board.

The Great Chaparral clubhouse is free to owners of the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack.

How it runs and makes money

Contracts are posted on the clubhouse noticeboard a few at a time and are launched from inside the clubhouse. The posted list is shared across the session, so another club can take a contract before you do.

Sindy, the bartender, can start a Bar Resupply mission. The bar's takings then gather in a cash bag behind the office desk, up to a limit.

With the Custom Bike Shop installed, Malc calls when a customer's bike arrives. You fit the modifications the customer asked for in Zach Nelson's workshop, then ride the bike to their address before time runs out.

A small mechanic fee is charged for each in-game day; it was cut sharply with The Contract update.

  • Clubhouse Contracts

    Contracts and jobs1–4 players

Freemode jobs taken from the clubhouse noticeboard, paying cash and RP. Some can be done alone; others need more of the club.

  • Motorcycle Club Work & Challenges

    Contracts and jobs1–8 players

Club work and challenges played in freemode by the President and the club.

  • Bike Service

    Service work1 players

Modify a customer's bike to their list in Zach Nelson's workshop and ride it to them within the time limit.

  • Bar Resupply

    Supplies

A mission started through Sindy that restocks the bar, whose takings then gather in the office.

  • By the Pound

    Contracts and jobs

Collect drugs from a Ballas boat or an Aztecas contact and drive them to a drop out in the countryside.

  • Cracked

    Contracts and jobs

Break into a guarded safe and carry the cash out to a drop; a bigger club carries more bags.

  • Fragile Goods

    Contracts and jobs

Wreck a rival distribution network's vans before the clock runs out.

  • Guns for Hire

    Contracts and jobs

Escort two vehicles of allies to their destination and keep NPC bikers off them.

  • Gunrunning

    Contracts and jobs

Break up an arms deal and deliver the weapons you take.

  • Jailbreak

    Contracts and jobs

Take the Prison Bus and drive a prisoner to the drop-off point.

  • Nine Tenths of the Law

    Contracts and jobs

Steal motorcycles and deliver them; the number depends on the size of the club.

  • Outrider

    Contracts and jobs

Ferry clients on motorcycles to where they need to be; more clients come with a bigger club.

  • P.O.W.

    Contracts and jobs

Free a client held at a subway station, O'Neil Ranch or Mission Row Police Station and get them to a safehouse.

  • Torched

    Contracts and jobs

Go to the site and blow up the munitions crates stored there.

  • Weapon of Choice

    Contracts and jobs

Take out targets with the weapons named in the brief; the wrong weapon earns only part of the pay.

  • Hit the Roof

    Contracts and jobs

Clear a gang off a rooftop, recover an Oppressor from a shipping container and hand it to the Duggan Crime Family.

  • Life and Deathbikes

    Contracts and jobs

Raid an underground workshop, take an Apocalypse Deathbike and turn it on the rival gang; bringing the bike back pays extra.

Playing alone

Bike Service is a one-player job, and some Clubhouse Contracts can be run alone. Fragile Goods, Guns for Hire, Nine Tenths of the Law, Outrider and Weapon of Choice need at least two members of the club.

Bike Service does not need you to register as an MC President, but the delivery cannot be made while you are a CEO.

Only values two independent checks agree on. Payouts can change with updates, bonuses, lobby and difficulty.

Where you can buy it

Prices are shown only where confirmed. A cheaper site is not automatically a worse one: where your missions send you matters too.

Clubhouses come in two layouts, a single-storey one and a two-storey one, each offered at several sites. The murals on offer differ between the layouts.

Prices vary a good deal by site: Great Chaparral, Sandy Shores, Grapeseed and the two Paleto Bay clubhouses are the cheapest, while Hawick and Downtown Vinewood cost the most. You can own only one clubhouse at a time.

Risks and common mistakes

Risks

Rival players can get in the way of Clubhouse Contracts while you run them.

A Bike Service delivery is not announced to other players, and anyone who destroys the bike earns a wanted level. If the bike is destroyed or you change session on the way, it returns to the clubhouse with the work already done.

Delivering a serviced bike damaged lowers the pay, and extra modifications the customer did not ask for can raise or lower it depending on their taste.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting the clubhouse to earn much on its own: it is bought for what it opens, chiefly the MC businesses.
  • Skipping the Custom Bike Shop when you want Bike Service work, which cannot start without it.
  • Trying to deliver a Bike Service job while registered as a CEO.
  • Planning contracts that need a crew when you play alone: several of them need at least two club members.

Good to know

What it unlocks

  • Clubhouses are bought through the Maze Bank Foreclosures website.
  • Owning a clubhouse makes you an MC President, which opens club work and challenges, Member Challenges, Clubhouse Contracts and the MC businesses.
  • The MC businesses are bought and managed through The Open Road on the clubhouse laptop.
  • Every clubhouse has sleeping quarters, so it serves as a safehouse and spawn point without any extra purchase.
  • Owners of the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack get the Great Chaparral clubhouse free.
  • Bike Service work needs the Custom Bike Shop installed in the clubhouse; Malc phones when the first customer's bike is in.

Before you buy

  • You can own only one clubhouse at a time.
  • Clubhouse Contracts are posted a few at a time on the noticeboard and can be started only from inside the clubhouse; some of them need more than one club member.
  • Clubhouse Contracts are played as an MC President, and rival players are able to interfere with them.
  • Bike Service does not require MC President registration, but a delivery cannot be made as a CEO; the game asks you to become a gang boss instead.

Storage

  • There are two interior layouts, one on a single floor and one on two floors, each sold at several sites; which murals are offered depends on the layout.

Links to other businesses

  • Malc introduces the clubhouse and the job board, and later rings with Clubhouse Contracts and Bike Service work.
  • Club members may use the clubhouse bike shop on bikes they have parked there, but they pay for their own modifications.
  • The posted contracts are shared by the whole session: once one club takes a contract, it disappears from every other clubhouse's board.

Safe income

  • Since The Criminal Enterprises, Sindy at the bar can start a Bar Resupply mission, and the bar's takings collect in a cash bag behind the office desk until they reach a limit.

Selling

  • Modifications beyond the customer's list may raise or lower the pay according to whether the customer likes them, and damage on arrival cuts the pay.
  • If the customer's bike is destroyed or you switch session during the delivery, it reappears at the clubhouse and does not need modifying again.
  • Rival players are not told about a Bike Service delivery, and whoever destroys the bike is given a wanted level.

Playing alone

  • Only the owner can service the bike, but once the President has left the clubhouse another club member can take over the ride.

Cooldowns

  • A small mechanic fee is charged for the clubhouse each in-game day; The Contract update reduced it sharply.

What it connects to

Linked businesses

  • MC Businesses — The MC businesses can only be bought and run through The Open Road on the clubhouse laptop.
  • Auto Shop — Bike Service works the same way as the Auto Shop's customer car service.
  • CEO Office — The clubhouse Gun Locker works like the one in an Office.

Sensible next purchases

  • MC Businesses — The MC businesses are the reason most clubs buy a clubhouse, and they cannot be owned without one.
  • Bunker — A Bunker can be run as an MC President, so the role the clubhouse gives you carries straight over.
  • Auto Shop — If Bike Service suits you, the Auto Shop offers the same kind of customer work for cars.
