What the CEO Office is
A CEO Office is an executive suite in one of the city's office towers. It produces nothing of its own; what it gives you is permanent CEO status and the SecuroServ terminal on your desk.
That status is what you earn with. As CEO you run VIP/CEO Work, hire associates into your organisation, and buy and run the cargo businesses that only an office owner can reach.
What you get
- The right to register as a CEO at any time, with no time limit, and to lead your own organisation.
- The desk terminal, where crate warehouses and the Vehicle Warehouse are bought and Special Cargo, Vehicle Cargo and Special Vehicle Work are started.
- The Volatus on the list of vehicles a CEO can request, and an Assistant who can have your vehicles delivered.
- Optional extras — a gun locker, living quarters, a money safe — and up to three Office Garage levels with a private mod shop.
Before you buy
What you need
Nothing beyond the purchase itself.
How to start
Buy an office from the Dynasty 8 Executive website. The price is the only requirement: no mission or rank stands in the way.
Then log in at the computer on the desk to register as CEO. After the first time you can also register from the SecuroServ section of the Interaction Menu.
How it runs and makes money
VIP/CEO Work is a set of freemode jobs launched from the Interaction Menu while you lead an organisation, in any kind of session. Some can be played alone; others need associates or other players.
Several of the jobs added with Import/Export only start if you own a particular special vehicle, and Piracy Prevention needs a yacht.
The office's real earning power comes from what it unlocks: crate warehouses for Special Cargo and a Vehicle Warehouse for Vehicle Cargo, both run from the desk terminal.

Where you can buy it
Prices are shown only where confirmed. A cheaper site is not automatically a worse one: where your missions send you matters too.
Offices are sold in a handful of towers, at very different prices. The tower decides the price; the décor and extras are bought separately on top.
Moving to another tower later trades your current office in for part of what it cost, and the extras have to be bought again. Office Garages are the exception: they move with you.

Risks and common mistakes
Risks
The office carries a daily running fee for as long as you own it.
Common mistakes
- Buying expensive décor and extras before deciding on a tower: moving refunds only part of them, and they must be bought again in the new office.
- Expecting the office cash pile or money safe to pay out — both are only for show.
- Buying the office and stopping there: it produces nothing itself, and the cargo businesses it opens up are where the money is made.
Good to know
Before you buy
- An office is bought from the Dynasty 8 Executive website, and the price is the only requirement: no mission or rank is needed first.
- VIP status needs only a bank balance, costs nothing and expires, with a wait before you can register again; CEO status needs an office and never runs out.
- Several Organization Work jobs added with Import/Export only start if the CEO owns a particular special vehicle, and Piracy Prevention needs a yacht.
What it unlocks
- Owning an office lets you register as a CEO whenever you like, for as long as you like, and run your own organisation.
- The desk terminal opens the SecuroServ network: crate and vehicle warehouses are bought there, and Special Cargo, Vehicle Cargo and Special Vehicle Work are started there.
- Buying an office adds the Volatus to the vehicles a CEO can request.
- A CEO can pay off the authorities to lower a wanted level, hide organisation members and call in vehicles for them.
Setting up
- You register as CEO at the computer on the office desk and, once you have done that, from the SecuroServ section of the Interaction Menu as well.
Links to other businesses
- A CEO can hire Associates through the Interaction Menu, including players who belong to rival organisations.
- The office Assistant can have your personal or Pegasus vehicles brought to you and hands out free snacks; Pegasus deliveries are charged and only cover vehicles you own.
Moving and trading in
- Buying a different office trades in the one you own: part of its price comes back unless it was free, part of what its décor and extras cost is refunded, and those extras have to be bought again.
- Office Garages are not tied to the office: when you move, they follow you to the new building with their customisation, mod shop and stored vehicles.
Storage
- Office Garages cost the same whichever office you own.
- The Office Garage can be driven into from the street, at an entrance that differs by building, or reached by the lift from the office.
- Office Garage levels are bought in order, each adding more vehicle storage in the office building.
Meters
- An office carries a daily fee for as long as you own it.
- Daily fees fall due for each in-game day spent in the same session; changing session before the timer runs out, or being in a mission or race, avoids them.
Safe income
- The cash that gathers in the office is a display of CEO earnings, leaving out vehicle export work, and cannot be collected.
Playing alone
- VIP/CEO Work starts from the Interaction Menu in any kind of session while you lead an organisation; some jobs can be done alone, others need associates or other players.
- Amphibious Assault and Ramped Up need at least one organisation member besides the CEO.
