Agencies

What the Agency is

The Agency is the office of F. Clinton and Partner, the business you run with Franklin Clinton. It earns in two ways: jobs that pay when you finish them, and a daily take that builds up in the office safe.

Every Security Contract you complete raises that daily take for good, so the safe income grows the more contracts you play.

What you get

  • An office with a safe for the daily take, a computer for choosing Security Contracts, and a garage with a company Jubilee parked ready to use.
  • Owner services: the agency's SuperVolito Carbon from the roof at no charge or a paid ride in a helicopter you own, an SUV service for quick travel, a paid supply stash from Franklin, and an off-radar service from Imani.
  • The Dr. Dre VIP Contract, Payphone Hits and, once the VIP Contract is finished, Lamar's Short Trips.

Before you buy

What you need

  • The office computer and Security Contracts need you to be registered as a CEO, VIP or MC President; any session type will do.

How to start

Lamar introduces the Agency with a phone call, and you buy one from the Dynasty 8 Executive website.

There is no setup mission. Entering the agency plays an introduction with Franklin, after which you can register as a CEO, VIP or MC President and take your first Security Contract from the office computer.

How it runs and makes money

Security Contracts come in six types: Asset Protection, Gang Termination, Liquidize Assets, Recover Valuables, Rescue Operation and Vehicle Recovery. Pick one from the computer, or after your first contract phone Franklin from anywhere for a random one.

Each completed contract permanently adds to the agency's daily take, in steps as your count grows and up to a limit. The take goes into the office safe, which stops filling when it is full and has to be emptied by hand.

Your first Security Contract opens the Dr. Dre VIP Contract, and a few more open Payphone Hits. Further milestones unlock trade prices on several vehicles and a trophy for the office.

Payphone Hits are assassinations you start by answering a ringing payphone or by calling Franklin. Using the method the client asks for pays a bonus; ignoring it can bring a wanted level or reinforcements.

  • Security Contracts

    Contracts and jobs1–4 players

Freemode jobs of six types, chosen from the office computer or by phoning Franklin and paid by difficulty; each one completed raises the daily safe income.

  • Payphone Hits

    Contracts and jobs1–4 players

Assassinations for Franklin's clients, with a bonus for using the requested method.

  • The Contract: Dr. Dre

    Contracts and jobs1–4 players

A story contract for Dr. Dre, from the first meeting at the golf club to the closing finale, with a large payment for the leader at the end.

  • Agency safe

    Passive income

A daily take paid into the office safe, at a rate set by how many Security Contracts you have completed.

Playing alone

Security Contracts can be played alone or with help. Organisation members who join earn raised SecuroServ wages and motorcycle club members a flat payment.

The VIP Contract takes up to four players and can be played alone. Most Payphone Hits can be done solo in any session, but The Dealers and The Hitmen are only offered when your organisation or club has at least one other member with you.

Figures

Only values two independent checks agree on. Payouts can change with updates, bonuses, lobby and difficulty.

Where you can buy it

Prices are shown only where confirmed. A cheaper site is not automatically a worse one: where your missions send you matters too.

There are four agencies: Little Seoul, Vespucci Canals, Rockford Hills and Hawick. Little Seoul costs the least and Hawick the most; every site has the same garage space over several basement levels.

Risks and common mistakes

Risks

The safe stops filling once it is full, so nothing more is added until you empty it. It must be emptied at least weekly.

The office safe has occasionally been seen to reset to empty.

Common mistakes

  • Leaving the safe full: once it reaches its limit no more of the daily take is added until you empty it.
  • Ignoring the requested method on a Payphone Hit, which gives up the bonus and can bring extra trouble.
  • Skipping Security Contracts: every one you finish raises the daily take permanently, and the early ones unlock the agency's other work.

Good to know

Before you buy

  • Lamar introduces the Agency by phone, and it is bought from the Dynasty 8 Executive website.
  • The office computer and Security Contracts need you to be registered as a CEO, VIP or MC President, in any session type.

Setting up

  • There is no setup mission: entering the agency plays an introduction with Franklin, and contracts can then be taken from the office computer.
  • The VIP Contract runs from On Course and Setup: Data Recovery through three leak strands, each with two investigations and a finale and played in any order, to Studio Time and Don't Fuck With Dre; the first two missions are one-off and can be replayed later.

Safe income

  • Each completed Security Contract permanently raises the daily take, in steps up to a limit; the take collects in the office safe, which stops filling when full and must be emptied by hand.
  • Money in the safe has to be collected by hand at least once a week.
  • The office safe has occasionally been seen to reset to empty.

Playing alone

  • Security Contracts can be done alone or with help; organisation members earn raised SecuroServ wages and motorcycle club members a flat payment.
  • Most Payphone Hits can be played solo in any session; The Dealers and The Hitmen are only offered to an organisation or club with at least two members present.
  • The VIP Contract takes up to four players and can be played alone.

What it unlocks

  • Your first Security Contract unlocks the Dr. Dre VIP Contract, and a few more unlock Payphone Hits; later milestones unlock vehicle trade prices and an office trophy.
  • After your first contract you can phone Franklin from anywhere for a randomly chosen Security Contract.
  • Finishing the VIP Contract unlocks Lamar's Short Trips.
  • Owners can call a helicopter to the roof, use an SUV for quick travel, drive the company Jubilee, buy a supply stash from Franklin and have Imani hide them from the radar.

Selling

  • Payphone Hits start from a ringing payphone or a call to Franklin; using the requested method pays a bonus, and ignoring it can bring a wanted level or reinforcements.

Cooldowns

  • Payphone Hits have been retuned more than once: the wait between requests went up and later came down again, and the bonuses were cut at the same time.
