What the Facility is

A Facility is a base that Lester introduces. Its Heist Planning Room is where The Doomsday Heist is set up with Lester, Avon Hertz and Clifford.

It has no ongoing business and earns nothing while you are away: its value is the heist, the vehicles it stores and the add-ons you can fit.

What you get

  • A garage for personal vehicles and for the Avenger and the other Doomsday weaponised vehicles, with a Weapon Mechanic workshop to modify them.
  • Options for an Orbital Cannon, a Security Room and sleeping quarters.
  • Receptionists who hand out free snacks and can call a paid Pegasus helicopter to take you out.

Before you buy

What you need

  • The heist planning room is used as a Boss: registered as a VIP, CEO or MC President. Organisations and MCs can both buy a facility.

How to start

Buy a facility from Maze Bank Foreclosures. Lester's introductory call is now something you trigger yourself rather than a call that arrives unprompted.

Register as a VIP, CEO or MC President to use the planning room.

How it runs and makes money

The Doomsday Heist is run from the planning room in acts, each with freemode preparation missions, and the acts can be replayed.

The Avenger adds more work: fitted with the Operations Terminal it starts the Project Overthrow strand and LSA Operations. The Avenger can now be bought without owning a facility.

The Orbital Cannon fires a paid satellite strike from the War Room, and the Security Room's Strike Team terminal sends hired mercenaries after other players. Both cost money rather than earn it.

  • Project Overthrow

    Other

A mission strand started from the Avenger's Operations Terminal rather than from the facility itself.

  • LSA Operations

    Contracts and jobs

Jobs started from the Avenger's Operations Terminal.

  • Orbital Cannon

    Service work

A paid satellite strike fired from the War Room at any point on land or sea; it costs money rather than earning it.

  • Strike Team

    Service work

Send mercenaries after another player, at one of several strengths, from the Security Room.

Playing alone

The preparation missions can be played alone or with up to four players, but each act of the heist needs at least two.

Ordered by our rule: upgrades that raise production or value first, then ones some content needs, then the rest.

Where you can buy it

Prices are shown only where confirmed. A cheaper site is not automatically a worse one: where your missions send you matters too.

Facilities are sold at several sites, from Paleto Bay, the cheapest, to Land Act Reservoir, the dearest. The site changes the price, not what the facility does.

Risks and common mistakes

Risks

There is no stock at the facility to protect.

The Security Room's Strike Team and the Orbital Cannon can be turned on other players, and others can do the same to you.

Common mistakes

  • Buying a facility for passive income: it produces none.
  • Planning the heist acts as a solo player: each act needs at least two.
  • Buying a facility only to get an Avenger, which can now be bought on its own.

Good to know

Before you buy

  • The Heist Planning Room is used as a Boss — a VIP, CEO or MC President — and both organisations and MCs can buy a facility.
  • The Avenger can now be bought without owning a facility.

What it unlocks

  • Facilities are bought from Maze Bank Foreclosures, and Lester's introductory call is now triggered by the player rather than arriving unprompted.
  • The Heist Planning Room hosts The Doomsday Heist with Lester, Avon Hertz and Clifford, and its acts can be replayed.
  • Project Overthrow is started as a Boss from the Avenger's Operations Terminal.
  • The Security Room's Strike Team terminal lets the owner send hired mercenaries against other players.
  • The receptionists offer free snacks and a paid Pegasus helicopter ride out of the facility.

Safe income

  • A facility runs no ongoing business and earns no passive income; registering as a Boss matters only for the heists.

Storage

  • The facility garage holds the Avenger and the other Doomsday weaponised vehicles, with a Weapon Mechanic workshop for modifying them.
  • The Avenger can also be kept in a hangar and moved between the hangar and the facility from the Interaction Menu.

Links to other businesses

  • Bunker research unlocks can be bought at the Avenger's vehicle workshop, just as at the Mobile Operations Center.
  • Charlie Upgrades for the Avenger, the Operations Terminal among them, are sold only at a hangar workshop.

Setting up

  • A Facility Management entry in the Interaction Menu toggles the crew emblem, invites players and switches the heist planning screen on or off.
