Master Penthouse
What the Master Penthouse is
The Master Penthouse is a home at the top of The Diamond Casino & Resort. It has no product and no passive income; its value is the membership it brings and the paid work it opens up.
The money comes from playing: Casino Work, random freemode jobs for Agatha Baker, and the Casino story missions against the Duggans, each paid per mission.
What you get
- Casino VIP membership: the VIP Lounge, high-limit tables, valet parking, champagne, a limousine, cleaning, an aircraft concierge and members parties.
- Ms. Baker as a contact, who can be phoned for Casino Work.
- The Casino story missions, which begin in Agatha's office soon after you buy.
- A free Diamond limousine that can be ordered to almost anywhere in the state.
- Optional rooms, from a Garage for your vehicles to a Bar and Party Hub for private parties.
Before you buy
What you need
- Casino Work is requested while you lead an organisation as its boss.
How to start
Buy the penthouse from the Diamond Casino & Resort website. There is only one, on top of the casino at Vinewood Park Drive and Mirror Park Boulevard, so the choices are which package or rooms to take.
Soon after you move in, Agatha calls about the casino's troubles. Visiting her office starts the first story mission, Loose Cheng.
How it runs and makes money
Phone Ms. Baker for Casino Work and she hands you a random job from her pool: recovering stolen chips, escorting a chip Stockade, chauffeuring a high roller in a Stretch, airlifting a container of slot machines from Terminal and more. There is a short wait before you can ask for the next one.
A few secret jobs sit beside the regular pool. Tour de Force, a helicopter tour in the gold Swift Deluxe, only appears once you have finished the story missions, waited a long time in real hours, stayed a boss and never turned Casino Work down.
The Casino story missions are co-operative contact missions started from Agatha's office.
There is a daily fee for the penthouse and for each room you add; it was cut with The Contract update.

Risks and common mistakes
Risks
The daily fee rises with every room you add, whether you use the rooms or not.
Refusing Casino Work rules out the secret Tour de Force job.
Common mistakes
- Buying the penthouse for income: it pays nothing by itself, and the Office's money safe has no passive income to fill it.
- Adding every room at once: each one raises the daily fee, and most are comforts rather than earners.
- Skipping the Lounge Area: the Office, Media Room, Spa, Private Dealer and Bar and Party Hub cannot be added without it.
- Turning down Casino Work, which shuts you out of Tour de Force.
Good to know
Before you buy
- The penthouse is bought on the Diamond Casino & Resort website and sits on top of the casino at Vinewood Park Drive and Mirror Park Boulevard.
- Casino Work can only be requested while you are a boss leading an organisation.
What it unlocks
- Owning the penthouse makes you a Casino VIP member, with the VIP Lounge, high-limit tables, valet, champagne, a limousine, cleaning, an aircraft concierge and members parties.
- Casino Store decorations, bought with chips, change every week and are placed through the Penthouse Management menu.
- Residents can order a free Diamond limousine to almost anywhere in the state.
- Buying the penthouse adds Ms. Baker as a phone contact, and she is the one who gives out Casino Work.
- Tour de Force only appears once every story mission is done, a long real-time gap has passed, you are a boss inside the casino, penthouse or garage, and you have never refused Casino Work.
Setting up
- After the purchase Agatha calls about the casino's troubles, and a visit to her office starts the first Casino story mission, Loose Cheng.
Safe income
- The penthouse produces no stock and has no passive income; the Office room adds a money safe, but the penthouse has no income that fills it.
Playing alone
- Casino Work needs no other players. Larger organisations may be given extra objective vehicles, and others in the session are not alerted.
Cooldowns
- Each request to Ms. Baker hands out a random job from the pool, and there is a short wait before the next request.
