C.R.A.S.H. reaches Carl in San Fierro, and the job is to end a district attorney's career without touching him. The plan is the hotel valet stand at the Vank Hoff: kill the valet quietly, take his uniform, and be the one who parks the D.A.'s car.
The car goes to a garage, comes back with drugs in it, and has to be returned to its space without a mark on it — the whole job fails if the D.A. notices anything at all. Then Carl calls the police on him.
13 objectives, in the order the mission gives them.
The kill has to be unwitnessed and the objective says so — the underground car park is where he is alone. Doing this in the open in front of the hotel is what turns a quiet mission into a wanted level before it has started.
Several cars arrive and only one is the target, so the make and colour given in the objective are worth reading rather than skimming. Taking the wrong car, or letting another valet reach the right one first, ends the job.
The return leg is the whole mission. Damage is checked when the car is parked, so the drive to and from the planting garage has to be taken at a pace that keeps it clean — this is a delivery, not a getaway.
