A construction firm has been making a nuisance of itself around Kendl and Cesar, and Kendl's answer is to have Carl remove the site. The portable buildings go first, and the machinery already parked on the site is what removes them.
The foreman goes last and does not go quietly, and the mission ends with a cement truck reversed up to a hole in the ground. It is one of the few jobs in the game where the tools are all provided and the difficulty is entirely in using them before the police arrive.

The portables come down far faster under the machinery on site than under anything Carl is carrying, and the mission points at the bulldozer explicitly. The count runs down from five, so there is a visible measure of whether the approach is working.
The clock is the police rather than a timer on screen, and it starts when the demolition does. Working through the portables in the order they are nearest, rather than in the order they are noticed, is what keeps the whole set inside the window.
The ending is a reversing manoeuvre rather than a fight. The truck has to be backed up to the hole rather than driven at it, and the mission holds the position check until it is square.
