Mission 64 of 105Story mission
The bug paid off: the Da Nang Boys' freighter is carrying people. Carl and Little Lion swim out to it and go down into the hull, where the refugees are locked in a container and the Snakehead who sold them is on the bridge.
The mission is a ship cleared from the bottom up and then from the bridge down, and it ends with the container opened and dinghies in the water. It pays $15,000 and it is the last thing the Triads ask of Carl in San Fierro.
The objective asks for quiet rather than requiring it, which is the mission acknowledging that the hull becomes a firefight eventually. The further down the ship that happens, the fewer directions it comes from.
The container is opened with a shot to the padlock rather than by any prompt, and the refugees inside are not a threat. This is the objective the mission exists for.
The last objective is explicit that nobody on the bridge is left, and it is the top of the ship rather than the bottom. Working upward with the hull already cleared means nothing comes from behind.
