Ma Cipriani runs the family restaurant and measures her son against his father, loudly and in public, and nothing he does in his own game closes the gap. Toshiko Kasen, meanwhile, quietly hires him to take her own household apart.

By GTA III he is the one handing out the work, sending Claude on jobs from the restaurant in Saint Mark's.
