Killing the warlords was not the end of it, so Toni sends a bin lorry full of explosives into the Turtle Head Fish Factory at Callahan Point. The Triads open their own gate for it, because a Trashmaster is the one vehicle nobody looks at twice.
The joke is the delivery method and the tension is the drive: the load is sensitive, the clock is short, and the factory is on the far side of Portland.
It is waiting at 8-Ball Autos already rigged. For the duration of the mission it is bulletproof and fireproof, which is the only reason the drive is survivable.
There is a time limit of about two and a half in-game hours, and the load is described as real sensitive — collisions risk setting it off early, so the fastest route is not necessarily the one to take.
The Triads open the gates for the lorry. Putting it between the canisters inside is what makes the blast do the job.
The bomb is set on foot and the yard has to be cleared before it goes. Being caught in it, or losing the lorry on the way, are the two ways this fails.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
