Mission 19 of 67Story mission
Somebody has been telling the Colombian Cartel what the Leones are doing, and Salvatore's suspicion has landed on Curly Bob, who tends the bar at Luigi's and spends more than a barman earns. The job is to follow him and find out, and then to make sure he does not do it again.
What Claude overhears at Portland Harbor is the first time Catalina appears in the story since the bridge, standing next to Miguel, being told everything about the family Claude has spent the game joining.
Curly Bob leaves Luigi's by cab and the tail is scored by a Spook-o-Meter that fills when Claude is too close or too obvious. Letting it fill fails the mission, and so does losing him.
A taxi parked behind the one waiting outside Luigi's can end up being the one he gets into, which replaces the whole surveillance section with a fare to Portland Harbor.
Killing Curly Bob before the meeting fails it. The exchange with Catalina and Miguel has to run, and it is worth listening to — it is the game explaining what happens next.
He is carrying a shotgun, which at close range is more dangerous than anything Claude has at this point in the story. Running him down avoids the exchange entirely.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
