Toni comes home to find his job filled. Vincenzo Cilli spent his absence taking his place in the Leone family, and the work he hands out is designed to keep Toni at the bottom of it.

Salvatore Leone is the don, and Toni's mother is the harder boss to satisfy. Meanwhile Massimo Torini, a consigliere, arrives from Sicily to reorganise Liberty City's families.
