The story

Victor's army career ends at Fort Baxter in the opening minutes, courtesy of Sergeant Jerry Martinez, who then turns up as the middleman on every deal that goes wrong. The first business Victor takes belongs to Marty Jay Williams, a trailer-park operator who runs protection, laundry and his wife's life.

His younger brother Lance wants into the trade Victor is trying to leave, and the Mendez brothers own it: Armando does the violence, Diego does the talking. Victor calls the whole operation temporary. Anyone who has played Vice City knows how temporary.
