Mission 13 of 67Story mission
Toni's answer to a laundrette that will not pay is to stop its vans reaching anybody. Three of them run routes across Portland, there are grenades waiting at 8-Ball's autoyard, and the Triads work out what is happening after the first one goes up.
It is the first mission that hands the player explosives, and the first in which Portland becomes a place where a whole gang wants Claude dead on sight.
The autoyard in Saint Mark's has them lying ready. They are what the mission provides; anything explosive already in hand works as well.
Mr Wong's vans are on the road rather than parked, and the first can usually be taken without interference. After that the Triads come looking, and the remaining two are done under fire.
The men who turn up between vans have to be dealt with rather than outrun, since they will otherwise be there for the next one.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
