It has no earlier appearance because there was nothing to appear in: Liberty City has no motorcycle anybody can ride, and Vice City is the title that gives the franchise two wheels at all. The Shitzu PCJ 600 has appeared in 9 Grand Theft Auto titles since 2002. Its GTA Online incarnation is a Motorcycles-class vehicle.
