The only Grand Theft Auto set outside the United States, and the one city the series returned to without rebuilding: London 1969 and London 1961 are played on the same map, north and south of the Thames, with the two expansions separated by eight years rather than by geography.

Antagonist

Hans Nemesis

The codename of the leader of an Austrian terrorist cell in London, whose real name neither expansion gives. His plan to replace Britain's potatoes with explosive ones is stopped in 1961 and he leaves the country; in 1969 he is back with a stolen mobile nuclear launcher.
