Marty paid two men to burgle his own flat for the insurance and they have since decided their share should be larger. He would like them collected from the Red Light District and brought to the factory to discuss it.
There is nothing to discuss. The car needs a respray afterwards, which by this point in Marty's strand is how a player can tell how a conversation went.
The car for this one is parked in the factory yard. The two men are waiting in the Red Light District.
Falling behind them during the pickup fails the mission, and so does either of them dying before the factory.
The Pay 'n' Spray in the Red Light District takes care of the state of the car, and it then goes back to the factory yard for Claude to leave on foot.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
