Marty Chonks owns a dog food factory in Trenton and is very deep in debt, and his solution to every one of the four problems in his life is the same solution. The first is his bank manager, who has been quietly increasing the repayments and taking the difference.
Claude collects him from the Bank of Liberty and drives him to the factory. What Marty does there is the reason the car then has to be crushed.
Marty's contracts are taken from the phone outside his factory in Trenton, near Joey's garage, and it is live between nine in the morning and seven at night. Turning up at the wrong time finds nothing.
The car is at the factory and the passenger is outside the Bank of Liberty. Losing him, or killing him before the factory, fails the mission.
Afterwards the Perennial goes to the Harwood Autocrusher, and Claude has to be out of it before the crane takes it.

Playable
Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
