The Diablos have started working pimps on Luigi's streets, and Luigi's answer is a pistol left behind Ammu-Nation and an instruction to clear them off. It is the first mission in the game that is purely a fight, and the first weapon the player is given.
It is also the first of the ten missions GTA III will quietly close behind the player. Luigi's strand stops the moment Salvatore's last job is taken, and this is one of the two that go with it.
It is on the ground at the back of the Red Light District store rather than for sale inside. Completing the mission is what puts it on the shelves afterwards.
The targets are the Diablo pimp working the district and the Stallion he operates out of. There is nothing subtle in this one and the pistol is enough for it.

Playable
Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
