Mission 4 of 67Story mission
Joey Leone wants Misty and Luigi is happy to lend her, so Claude drives to Hepburn Heights, sounds the horn and takes her across Portland to a garage in Trenton. It is the same errand as Luigi's Girls run in the opposite direction, and it exists to introduce the man who gives the next six missions.
Joey barely looks up from the engine he is working on. What he says as Misty goes inside is that he might have work for a driver, which is how the Leone family hires.
Misty is inside her building rather than on the street. Parking in the marked halo and using the horn is what brings her down.
The destination is Joey's garage. The mission's one stated failure is hitting Misty with the car, which is easy to do in the moment she steps out and worth slowing down for.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
