Mission 7 of 67Story mission
The Forelli brothers owe Joey money and Joey's method of collection is a bomb under Mike Forelli's car while Mike is eating lunch. The car has to be taken from outside Marco's Bistro, driven to 8-Ball's for the device and put back where it was before the meal ends.
It is the first mission in the game with a clock on it and the first that punishes carelessness rather than incompetence: the Idaho has to arrive back looking exactly as it left, and a scrape means a detour to a spray shop with the clock still running.
The mission runs on a six-minute limit and is only offered between five in the morning and nine at night, so a player arriving at Joey's in the small hours will find nothing there.
Mike Forelli's Idaho is parked outside Marco's Bistro in Saint Mark's. Destroying it fails the mission, and damaging it costs a repair before the car will be accepted back.
The bomb shop is behind Easy Credit Autos. The car goes in, the device goes on, and the drive back is the same route in reverse.
The Idaho has to go back into the space it came out of. Arming the bomb and getting clear is the last of it; the cutscene does the rest.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
