Mission 8 of 67Story mission
Chunky Lee Chong runs a noodle stand in Chinatown and a SPANK operation behind it, and Joey wants him gone. There is a pistol behind Ammu-Nation for anyone who does not already have one and a fish market to run him down in.
Lee Chong does not fight. He runs for a Perennial parked nearby, and the whole difficulty of the mission is whether he reaches it.
Joey points at Ammu-Nation and there is a nine-millimetre on the ground behind it. Anything heavier already in hand does the job as well.
Lee Chong breaks for his Perennial as soon as Claude enters the market, and letting him get away in it fails the mission. Shooting him before he is moving is the straightforward answer.
A published alternative is to take his car beforehand, have it rigged with a bomb, put it back and then frighten him into driving off in it — which kills him the moment he pulls away.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
