Mission 3 of 67Story mission
A dealer has been selling SPANK to Luigi's employees, and Luigi's objection is commercial rather than moral — a woman on SPANK is a woman not working. Mickey Hamfists passes the job on, a baseball bat is left outside a bar for the purpose, and the dealer's car is the fee.
This is the first mission in the series that asks for a killing and it hands the player a bat to do it with, which tells a reader most of what Liberty City in 2001 is like. The car then has to be resprayed and garaged, because the car is the point.
The baseball bat is lying outside Woody's Topless Bar. It is what the mission provides rather than what it requires — any method that leaves the dealer's Stallion intact works.
He is down at the harbour with the car. The one thing that fails the mission is destroying the Stallion, so explosives are the wrong answer here even though they are faster.
The Stallion goes through the Pay 'n' Spray in the Red Light District to lose its history and then into Luigi's lock-up in Portland View, which is where the mission ends.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
