Walkthrough

  1. A police car, then 8-Ball's

The vehicle has to be a police car and it has to be rigged at the bomb shop before anything else happens.

  2. Park it against the cells

The station is the destination and the position matters — the charge has to be next to the holding cells for the wall to come down.

  3. Get Kanbu out and away

Detonating it frees him and brings the police. Kanbu has to survive the escape, and the destination is the Hyaku dojo at Bedford Point.

  4. Before Waka-Gashira Wipeout

This and Kenji's other five close permanently once Donald Love's mission against Kenji is taken.
