Kenji owes a favour to a man whose weakness is cars, and the repayment is three specific ones in perfect condition: a Stinger, a Cheetah and an Infernus, each parked somewhere in Staunton and each of them somebody else's.
The mission's whole difficulty is the phrase mint condition. Getting them is easy; getting them across the island without a scratch is the job.
The Stinger is in the courtyard car park behind the Liberty Tree offices in Bedford Point, the Cheetah in the eastern car park of Carson General Hospital in Rockford, and the Infernus in the car park south of Liberty City Memorial Stadium in Aspatria.
The drop is a garage near the Newport multistorey and it will not take a car that has been knocked about. There is a time limit as well, so this is a balance between speed and bodywork.
A car that has picked up damage can be taken through the spray shop in Newport before delivery, which resets it.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
