There is a dead Forelli in the boot of a Manana outside Greasy Joe's and the family have worked out where it is. Getting the car to the crusher in Harwood means driving it across Portland with two Sentinels full of Forellis trying to set it alight.
Joey's jobs have escalated from a lift to a bombing to this in five missions, which is roughly the pace at which the Leones consume a useful stranger.
The car is at Greasy Joe's Café on Callahan Point with the body already in it. Destroying it fails the mission outright, so this is a drive to protect rather than a race.
Two Sentinels give chase the moment the Manana moves. A player carrying enough firepower can destroy both before getting in, which turns the run to Harwood into an ordinary drive — and each one destroyed pays a bonus.
The Autocrusher takes the car with Claude clear of it. Getting out is an objective in its own right for a reason.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
