Briefing

A Dodo comes in low over the bay dropping packages into the water and Love wants all six of them before anybody else does. It is a boat mission with a collection list and no shooting in it at all.

Finishing it opens Shoreside Vale, which is the last third of Liberty City and the place the game has been pointing at since the bridge came down.

  3. The plane has dropped 1 of 6 packages.

  5. The plane has dropped 3 of 6 packages.

  7. The plane has dropped 5 of 6 packages.
  8. The plane has dropped 6 of 6 packages.
  9. You have all the packages! Take them back to Donald Love.

Walkthrough

  1. Get under the flight path

    Love supplies the boat and the aircraft runs a fixed line over the bay. Staying beneath it is what puts Claude on each package as it lands.

  2. The police are competition, not opposition

    A package taken by the police is a failed mission rather than a lost item, so the ones that land near a patrol are the ones to reach first.

  3. All six back to Bedford Point

    The delivery is Love Media, and completing it opens Shoreside Vale and its safehouse.
