Vice City's art deco seafront, and one of the neighbourhoods Rockstar has named for Grand Theft Auto VI. In the 1986 city it is the southern end of the beach island: pastel hotels along Ocean Drive, wide sand in front of them, and the first ground Tommy Vercetti holds.
