Amanda calls from a Rodeo clothing store having been caught shoplifting, and Michael's solution is to steal the police car she is sitting in and drive it home with three stars on him.
One of three optional family missions. The game's own statistics do not count them, and they are missable — which is why a reader working through the campaign is more likely to find this here than in the game's own list.
Amanda is in the back of a police car outside the shop, and taking that car is the whole of the mission.
Stealing an occupied patrol car draws an immediate wanted level, which has to be shed before she can be taken home.
This is one of five missions in the game with no Gold Medal criteria at all, so nothing about the route or the car is being measured.
