Mission 10 of 83Story mission
Stretch is out of prison and wants to be taken somewhere. The deal at a recycling plant is an ambush, and Franklin and Lamar have to shoot their way clear and then lose the police on the way out.
It is the mission that establishes Stretch as a problem rather than a friend, and the thread it starts runs all the way to the endings.
The shotgun and the flashlight are both required purchases, and the flashlight is not decoration — the recycling plant is dark.
The deal is a setup, and the ten headshots at sixty per cent accuracy are earned in the fight out of it. In the final room, hugging the right-hand wall gives the most protection.
Franklin has to bring down two police helicopters during the escape. Skipping the cutscenes and using Franklin's ability is what keeps the run inside ten and a half minutes.
4 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
Accuracy
Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 60%.
Headshots
Kill 10 enemies with a headshot.
Unmarked
Complete with minimal damage to health and armour.
Time
Complete within 10:30.

Gives the job

Franklin's oldest friend and the source of roughly half his problems. Loud, ambitious, and permanently one scheme away from the money he keeps describing.
