Mission 88 of 90Story mission
Roman and Mallorie are married at Suffolk Church, and every friend Niko has made in Liberty City is in the pews. Both paths run this mission and both reach it having just done something irreversible.
It is short and it is the hinge of the ending: a gunman fires into the wedding party, and who sent him — and who he hits — depends entirely on the choice made two missions earlier.
Formal clothes are needed, from a safehouse wardrobe or from Perseus. On the revenge, Kate comes to the wedding and has to be collected from Meadows Park on the way; on the deal she refuses to come at all, and Niko drives to Suffolk alone.
The gunman is handled in the scene rather than by the player. On the deal he is Dimitri's, and Roman is hit in the struggle; on the revenge it is Pegorino firing from a passing car, and Kate is the one who dies. It is the moment the whole campaign has been arranging, and it is worth watching rather than skipping.
Who this mission brings together, and the ground it covers.
