Briefing
The deal's ending. Dimitri took the money and sent a man to the wedding anyway, and Little Jacob is waiting in a car in Alderney to help finish it. The mission runs a chase into an abandoned casino, a firefight through it, a boat pursuit down the West River and a helicopter chase that ends with both aircraft coming down on Happiness Island.
Dimitri kills Pegorino on the way out, which is the only time the game lets the player watch one antagonist dispose of the other. The last thing Niko does is walk up to Dimitri under the Statue of Happiness.

Walkthrough
Go in loaded
Buy ammunition and armour before starting: an SMG, an assault rifle, grenades and a rocket launcher. There is no gun car in this mission and no shop between its stages, and the last fight is on an island with nothing on it.
The Cognoscenti
Follow the Huntley Sport through town and onto the dirt road without shooting at it — the chase is meant to arrive rather than to be won. Rolling the car is a failure condition, so this is a stretch to drive conservatively.
Outside the casino
Three men are on the building's roof and are the first job, with an assault or sniper rifle. Put the launcher into the vehicles, move up to the sandbags for cover, and use grenades on what is left before finishing at close range. Watch the fenced area and the cabin stairs.
Inside, and the roof
Clear the interior and go left into the stairwell, where the scene between Dimitri and Pegorino plays. Come out onto the roof with the weapon already up — two ahead, three to the right — and Dimitri leaves by helicopter.
The boat
Niko goes into the water and has to reach the boat quickly; being slow about it is a failure. Chase the helicopter down the West River, keep to open water away from the rocks, and expect rockets from the men aboard.
The helicopter
Get underneath Jacob's Annihilator and tap the button repeatedly to climb in. Gain height rather than cutting between the towers — a collision with a building loses the run.
Happiness Island
Both aircraft come down. Three of Dimitri's men are on the island and he is armoured, so this is the fight the ammunition was saved for; it ends under the statue.
