Mission 11 of 22Story mission
The heroin the chapter took out of the Angels clubhouse belonged to the Algonquin Triads, and Billy's plan for that is to buy it back off them cheaply and sell it on. He sends Johnny and Jim into an unfinished tower block to make the offer while he waits outside.
The Triads do not take the deal and were never going to, because Billy sold the two of them along with it. He crashes his bike getting away, the police put him in a van, and Johnny is chapter president again by default — which is where the episode's second half starts.
The ride to southern Algonquin turns into a race between the chapter, as most rides with Billy do. Billy and Brian stay outside the building; Johnny and Jim go up to talk.
The Triads answer the offer with gunfire and the job becomes getting Jim and Johnny out of a tower with no walls in it. The route down is through construction panels and ladders, and the automatic 9mm and the sawn-off are the weapons for the distances involved.
A balcony on the way down looks out on Billy putting his bike down and being arrested, accusing Johnny as he goes. It is scripted and cannot be prevented.
Johnny calls Brian to the bikes and the three ride back to the clubhouse — this time with Johnny at the front. Some of the clubhouse activities close until the next mission is started.
