Mission 10 of 22Story mission
Stubbs wants a prison transport intercepted and its passengers released, on the reasoning that white-collar convicts vote and remember favours. Johnny takes the bus off the Alderney police, drives it to a dock and puts the men on boats.
The joke the mission is built around is that one of the passengers is not a fraudster at all, and Johnny only works out what he has let onto a boat afterwards. It is the only mission in the episode that puts a prison bus in the player's hands.
At the Rand Avenue location the direct approach is to kill the escort and drive the bus away. The quieter one is to follow the bus once it moves and take it while it is stopped at a red light, which avoids most of the shooting.
Taking it brings a three-star wanted level, and it has to be shed while driving a vehicle that handles like a prison bus. That is the whole difficulty of the mission.
The drop is a dock at the southern end of Alderney where boats are waiting for the passengers. The crew put the bus in the water once it is empty.
