Mission 44 of 67Story mission
Ray has another partner and the same suspicion about him, and this one spends his weekends fishing off Portland Rock with dynamite. The job is a boat chase across Portland Harbor that ends on a beach outside a supermarket.
By this point Ray has lost enough partners that internal affairs have noticed, which he mentioned in the mission that introduced him and has not mentioned since.
The police launch is the vehicle for this, and its guns are what make the pursuit possible.
The partner drops barrels behind his boat and throws grenades as he runs, so following directly in his wake is the one line not to take.
He beaches the boat near the Supa Save! and the last of it is on foot. A rifle from the docks will also reach him without any of the chase at all.

Playable
Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
