Mission 54 of 67Story mission
Miguel is alive, tied to a chair at the Panlantic site, and telling Asuka everything he knows — which includes where the Cartel's death squads are waiting. Three of them, spread across Shoreside Vale, all looking for Claude.
Asuka's plan is to give them what they are looking for. Claude drives past each squad in turn and leads them to a yard full of Yakuza at Pike Creek.
The three squads drive Sentinels around Shoreside Vale. Getting close enough to be noticed is what starts each chase.
Killing a squad before it reaches Pike Creek fails the mission, and so does destroying their car outside the trap. Their Sentinels shrug off ramming but will burn if attacked directly, which is the mistake to avoid making.
The men waiting at Pike Creek finish each squad as it arrives. They will occasionally shoot at Claude or at each other in the process without any penalty.

Left for dead by his partner during a bank job and freed from a prison transport by an explosion he had nothing to do with. Says nothing at all for the length of the story and works his way through every organisation in Liberty City regardless.
