A floatplane, and the 3D era's answer to a city built on water. It is the Dodo's airframe on a pair of pontoons rather than a design of its own, which is why it turns up in the coastal titles and nowhere else. The Skimmer has appeared in 3 Grand Theft Auto titles since 2002. Its GTA: Vice City incarnation is a plane.
