The same building entered from above. Michael and Franklin parachute onto the roof, reach the server room, hold it while the data copies, and leave down the outside of the tower with a gunship in the air behind them.
The louder of the two approaches, and the one whose medal is a shooting medal: twenty headshots, seventy per cent accuracy and no civilian casualties, alongside a perfect landing and a forty-five second hack.

Perfect Drop asks for a landing on the main section of the roof, and it is decided by opening the parachute early enough to steer rather than by aiming the freefall. Deploy above the building and bleed height over the target.
The hack is a minigame with a forty-five second criterion. It is genuinely easier than it looks under pressure — work one row at a time rather than scanning the whole grid, and do not restart a nearly-finished attempt.
This is where the headshot and accuracy criteria are earned, and where No Innocents is lost. Office staff are present among the agents; hold a doorway with a single line of fire rather than spraying into the open floor, and switch to Franklin's sniper angle for the corridor rather than pushing into it.
The rappel is timed by the mission rather than scored. The gunship afterwards is best handled from cover with a rifle on the rotor rather than trading fire in the open — accuracy is still being counted here, and missed rockets are what drops a borderline run below seventy per cent.
6 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.

Don't kill any innocent civilians.
Office staff are present on the server floor — hold a doorway rather than firing into open space.

Kill 20 enemies with a headshot.

Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 70%.
Perfect Drop
Land perfectly on the main section of the roof.

Hack the system within 45 seconds.
