Briefing
Franklin acts on the advice he has been given about Trevor. Michael helps him do it, and the game ends with one of the three men dead and the other two no longer speaking.
One of three endings, and mutually exclusive with the other two — a playthrough runs exactly one of them. Its Gold Medal is a single criterion with no threshold: the ending itself.

Walkthrough
The chase
Franklin meets Trevor at El Burro Heights and follows him to the oil fields, where Michael rams him into a gas tanker.
The ending
Trevor is covered in fuel, and Franklin can fire the shot or hesitate and let Michael take it. Judas! is scored on the outcome rather than on whose hand it was.
What it closes
Trevor is removed as a playable character for the rest of the save, and the other two endings become unreachable on that playthrough.
Gold Medal
One criterion, and it has to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
