Mission 5 of 83Story mission
Jimmy has tried to sell his father's yacht to people who have no intention of paying for it, and calls Michael once the boat is already moving. Michael and Franklin chase it down the highway on a flatbed, pull Jimmy clear, and then have to nurse a wrecked car to Los Santos Customs before anybody can go home.
It is the first mission the two men run together by choice rather than by accident, and the first appearance of the vehicle-repair loop the rest of the game leans on.
The ten-second rescue criterion is decided in the first moments of the chase, not at the end of it. Close the gap to the trailer immediately and drive under the swinging boom rather than hanging back to line the shot up — hesitation here is what loses the medal.
Once Jimmy is aboard the sequence is a straight highway chase. Shots at the thief are easier taken from directly behind than alongside, because the trailer's swing throws off a side angle.
The second criterion asks for the car delivered undamaged, and the drive to Los Santos Customs is where players lose it after the hard part is already done. Drop the pace deliberately for the last stretch; nothing is timing you.
2 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
