Mission 72 of 105Story mission
A helicopter is bringing contraband in over El Castillo del Diablo and the people Toreno calls spooks intend to bring it down. Carl collects rockets from the desert, gets to high ground and shoots down whatever comes for it.
The contraband then has to be recovered from where the helicopter drops it and driven to the hideout. It pays $1,000, which is the smallest fee Toreno offers and not the reason anybody runs it.
The objective asks for a suitable vehicle and the top of the mountain, in that order. A quad or a Sanchez gets up the terrain that a car will not, and the position matters because the whole defence is fired from it.
The thing being defended is in the air and the attackers come for it rather than for Carl, so shots are taken at range and led. Losing the helicopter loses the mission — there is no second delivery.
The contraband is dropped rather than landed, and the last leg is a drive across open desert to the hideout. Nothing contests it once the aircraft are down.

Home in Los Santos after five years in Liberty City for his mother's funeral, and stopped by the same two police officers who drove him out. Rebuilding the family's standing turns into rebuilding most of the state's.
