OG Loc throws a party at his house in Ganton and the Ballas use it as an address. What the mission actually is is a defence: Grove Street's own street, at night, with enemies coming through the gardens and down from the bridge above.
Sweet is in it and holding, and the mission ends when the last wave does. It is the first time the game asks Carl to hold ground rather than take it, and the last quiet thing that happens in Los Santos.
This one only starts between 20:00 and 06:00, which is the party rather than an arbitrary gate. Wait for the evening rather than hunting the marker.
The first wave comes through the street and the gardens either side of it. Standing in the open in the middle of Grove Street is the obvious mistake; the fences and the corners of the houses are what the fight is built around.
The objective changes to name the bridge because the attackers above have the height and the player will not find them by accident. Deal with them before returning to Sweet, who is holding the last of the ground floor.

Home in Los Santos after five years in Liberty City for his mother's funeral, and stopped by the same two police officers who drove him out. Rebuilding the family's standing turns into rebuilding most of the state's.
