Sweet's complaint is that crack has done more damage to Grove Street than the Ballas have, and he takes Carl and Ryder out to prove it. The first stop is B Dup's place, looking for him and Big Bear — two of their own, both now customers rather than members — and the visit goes nowhere.
So the three of them go after the supply instead: find the dealer working the neighbourhood, beat him, then take the crack house he works out of apart. It is the first mission in the game with no vehicle in it at all, and the first time Carl's own neighbourhood is the thing being fought over.
The visit is a scene rather than a fight, and what it establishes is the state B Dup and Big Bear are in. Both return much later in the campaign, on opposite sides of it.
There are no guns in this mission on either side. Carl, Sweet and Ryder handle both dealers with fists, and with two allies swinging alongside him the fight is decided by staying in it rather than by any particular technique.
The second location is where the objective repeats, and the mission closes once the dealer there is down. The walk back to Sweet's is unopposed.

Home in Los Santos after five years in Liberty City for his mother's funeral, and stopped by the same two police officers who drove him out. Rebuilding the family's standing turns into rebuilding most of the state's.
