Briefing
Ray's last job for Niko is a favour rather than a contract: a man called Talbot Daniels knows where Florian Cravic lives, and Florian is one of the two names Niko came to America for.
There is no combat in it. The mission is a car full of people driving around Alderney following bad directions, and the scene at the end of it undoes half of what Niko believes about the war — Florian is now Bernie Crane, has no intention of going back, and was not the informant.

Walkthrough
Roman, then Talbot
Roman is collected from the Middle Park East safehouse, and Talbot is found at Star Junction and has to be persuaded to help.
A four-door car
The mission needs room for two passengers and will send Niko to find something bigger if he arrives in a coupé. Getting the right car first saves the detour.
Following directions
Talbot navigates rather than the map doing it, and he needs time to work out where he is — so this is a drive to take steadily. There is no time limit and nothing hostile; the apartment in Middle Park West is the end of it.
