Briefing
A target is riding the elevated train across the Algonquin Bridge and Niko has to be waiting when he gets off. The mission is a pursuit of a train from the street below.
It ends at a station with three men rather than one, which is the part the objective list understates.
Objectives

- The target is on that train — follow the train and take him out when he gets off

Walkthrough
Don't follow the train
The map draws the railway as a transparent line, so the route is known in advance. Reading it and driving a sensible road route to the station beats trying to keep the train in sight through Bohan's traffic.
The station
Three targets come off, not one. Either wait at the bottom for them to come down the stairs, or go up ahead of them and take them from behind before they are looking for anybody.
