The United Liberty Paper contact delivers on the arrangement: Darko Brevic, the man who sold Niko's unit for a thousand dollars, is flown into Francis International Airport and handed over.
There is almost no gameplay in it and it is the mission the campaign has been walking toward. Niko has spent the whole story working back to a man who turns out to be a wreck, and the choice at the end of it is the one GTA IV actually cares about the answer to. Roman is there for it either way.
Collect Roman from Firefly Island and drive to the airport. There is no fight in this mission — full health, armour and weapons are not needed for any part of it.
Darko is on the ground and offers no resistance whichever way it goes. It changes no mission that follows and no part of the story; what it changes is what Niko says about it afterwards, and the people he talks to comment on it either way.
Roman has to be driven to Brucie's, and the mission closes on a call to Bernie about what has just happened.
