Briefing
Brucie's target this time has to be identified before he can be found, and the method is a dating site. Niko sets up a profile on love-meet.net at an internet cafe, arranges to meet French Tom at a diner, and kills him there.
It is GTA IV's first two-part mission — the game splits it explicitly — and the point at which the in-game web stops being a novelty and becomes a mission mechanic.
Objectives

- Use a computer to get on love-meet.net and find FRENCH TOM
- French Tom is inside the diner — look for him

Walkthrough
Setting the date
Find French Tom in the men's listings on love-meet.net and request the meeting. He replies by email, and the appointment is at the 69th Diner.
Park before you go in
Leave a car close to the diner. There are Russians in the area who take an interest once the shooting starts, and having something waiting turns the exit into a short walk.
The diner
Draw the pistol while the conversation is still running rather than after it. Tom bolts as soon as he understands what is happening, and a knife instead of a gun kills him without bringing the rest of the street in.
